Who we are

The All India Sandalwood Farmers, Processors & Marketers Federation (AISFPMF) is a registered farmers' federation. We were constituted by stakeholders in the Indian sandalwood value chain to provide a shared voice, curate practical information, and improve coordination across states.

We are not a government body. We aggregate publicly available regulatory and scheme information for the convenience of our members and always link to the concerned government department for official applications.

Our objectives

• Advocate for the interests of sandalwood farmers, processors and marketers across India.
• Aggregate and communicate publicly available regulations, permits and schemes in plain language for members.
• Promote scientific cultivation, host-plant selection and long-cycle plantation management.
• Support member-led traceability and verification practices for private-grown sandalwood.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations across states and with sector research institutions.
• Encourage responsible market access, both domestic and international, for member produce.
