AISFPMF does not administer government schemes. This page lists programmes farmers commonly explore and points to the concerned department for applications.

The federation does not process, approve or endorse any government scheme. All applications must be made directly to the relevant central or state department. Details below are indicative and change from time to time.

National Agroforestry Sub-Mission

Support for high-value tree plantation on farm land, including subsidised planting material and technical assistance.

How to apply: Contact your State Agriculture / Horticulture Department for eligibility.

MIDH — Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture

Assistance for area expansion and post-harvest infrastructure applicable to sandalwood plantations.

How to apply: Apply through the State Horticulture Mission office.

NABARD refinance / agri-term loans

Long-duration agri term loans suitable for 12–15 year sandalwood investment cycles.

How to apply: Approach a commercial or cooperative bank branch offering NABARD refinance.

State-specific incentives

Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and others operate their own agroforestry incentive schemes for sandalwood and host species.

How to apply: Refer to your respective state's forest / agriculture department website.
